  • At what time do you wake up in the morning? 
  • Have you ever experienced the beauty of sunrise? 
  • What makes you feel good about it?
If you wake up late in the morning, you will run here and there to do all the works in morning and to get ready for the work, school or college. There are always the chances of being late. Anyhow, if you manage to be there on time, still, you will feel frustrated. You don't know what you have missed.

If you wake up early, you gave much if the time for you. You can see the rising sun, it's really beautiful to see and make us peaceful and energetic. You feel that you are alive. You have your own existence in the world. And nature is always there for you; to heal you, to give you the peace, patience and lesson. Following things can be done by you :
  • Be grateful for a new and fresh day of your life. 
  • Feel the breeze how it gives you the life.
  • Try to hear the chirping outside, on an open ground. There is a music when different kinds of birds sing together. Of course, you can't understand that but you can enjoy it. 
  • Try to feel how relax your body is, how healthy you are and you want to maintain it. For this, you should show your gratitude by giving some time to it for exercise;any kind of exercise you like :Yoga, running, walking, even you can dance with your favorite music, it can make your day. 
  • Take a few deep breaths and feel the life coming inside you, a new energy and courage with which you are filled.Fresh air is going to be missing very soon. Feel lucky that you can afford it for free. 
  • Observe your mind. You will get the best of ideas in the morning. Poets, writers, musicians can create a great work at this time. You can get the best version of your mind. 
  • It is your "me time"when you are connecting to yourself. It will improve your health and well-being 
I have written a poem on the morning. Very soon, I will create a new label of poetry on my blog. Then, I will share it with you. I think it's sufficient for now so that you don't get bore. Try for three consecutive days to rise up early. Then you yourself can feel the change. Otherwise, choice is always yours. Try not to use alarm, before you sleep just think you will be there to see the beautiful morning on time. It will start working for you.
